Full-Time Implementation Consultant
Job Description
We’re looking to grow our team as we expand our product set and customer base. With the growth of our customer base and an increasing need to provide professional services, we now need an Implementation Consultant based anywhere in Ireland or the UK.
The person will work with the Product Owner, Sales, Customer Service and Development Team members to analyse customer requirements, implement standard functional configurations and design new software enhancements.
The right person will have:
◦ A 3rd level qualification combining business with computing or software engineering
◦ 2+ years experience in implementation consulting
◦ Knowledge and understanding of Web application structure and development
◦ Strong SQL skills
◦ Knowledge and use of customer support and issue tracking tools (e.g. Teamwork and Jira)
◦ Strong written and verbal communication skills
And, ideally:
◦ Business Analysis certification
◦ Experience in working in an Agile product-oriented development environment
