Full-Time Information Security Specialist
Job Description
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact offering telephone and email support for Integrity clients. They will be responsible for providing 1st level support and diagnostics of customer systems. They will also provide detailed and accurate guidance on these solutions to supported customer base. Candidates will attempt first-call resolution, software/network troubleshooting and proactive support services. Capable of following processes and procedures and understand the importance of meeting customer expectations.
This role will entail a shift rota which changes on a weekly basis. You will be working as part of a team offering a 24×7 support service to Integrity customers.
Compliance with Integrity Solutions internal systems and procedures is required.
Experience
CCNA level certification or above
Technical support role ideally in a corporate or distribution channel support environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills of customer devices and managed service platforms
Content filtering experience
Working knowledge of network (LAN/WAN) technologies and UNIX system management tools
Linux administration skills, Windows, IPSO skills
Hardware replacement skills with firewalls, switches and associated parts.
Firewalls/VPN, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management systems, log monitoring and retention solutions and SIEM
Strong understanding of TCP/IP

Excellent communicator with a positive and confident attitude both written and verbal
Effective at describing problems and creating reports on problems discovered using logical and physical designs
Very strong Customer focus and capable of following customer processes and procedures
Fluent English speaker
Strong work ethic. Highly motivated with a willingness to learn
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Can demonstrate consistency in their work attitude
