VAM Systems is currently looking for Success Factors(Cloud) Analyst for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skill Set required
-
Strong problem-solving skills; ability to act promptly on Cloud notifications

Understanding of systems (common data and functional dependencies)
-
Understanding of HR business processes highly-regarded
-
Should be an expert in Configuration of SuccessFactors modules (EC, Performance & Goals, Talent & Succession, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation)
-
Expert in Incident Management / Trouble shooting
-
Must have some experience in Project management (Prince 2 or PMBOK foundation)
-
Intermediate level experience in Training & Change Management
Formal Qualifications / Certificates / Experience
-
Tertiary qualifications in IT, project management or related field

Experience in the SuccessFactors Cloud system
Terms and conditions:
Joining time frame: 30 days.
The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – Qatar and shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in Qatar.
