Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Details: At the forefront of national Quantity Surveying Services, our client offers the opportunity to work on key projects delivering the next generation of Ireland’s construction project management and cost consultancy.
Our client, with 20 years’ experience provides Quantity Surveying Services, Cost Consulting Services, Construction Project Management Services & Project Management Surveying (combining both Quantity Surveying & Project Management) to a wide variety of clients in the private and public sectors including government agencies, religious orders, court services, developers, commercial enterprises, main contractors and specialist subcontractors.
O’Reilly Recruitment has been tasked with recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a key role based at their head offices in Co. Offaly.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role in a related field
  • Highly proficient in BOQ production
  • Chartered or on course to being Chartered
  • Up-to-date working knowledge of RIAI forms of contract; application of GCCC forms of contract and amendments, agreed rules of measurement and supplements
  • Awareness of current developments within the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland
