Job Description

Application:
Horizontal coarse pulverizer is a kind of coarse crusher. Rough crushing machine is used to crush big materials into pieces.
Pre-crusher machine can grind materials with moderate hardness, less viscosity, less fiber etc. Applied materials are caked materials after drying, wood scrapes, plastic plates, spices, brittle NPK fertilizer, fried pork skin, snack food, and many other things.

Working Principle:
The material is fed into the hopper of the rough grinder machine, then the rotating knives on the shaft are driven to move under the belt transmission. The materials are impacted between the rotating knives and fixed square bars set in the inner side of the crushing chamber into several pieces. The crushed pieces flows to the exit automatically under centrifugal force.
