Contribute directly to performance evaluation of individuals and teams, compiling objective feedback that is channeled towards both personal and process improvement.
Experience managing a very technical quality assurance team.

The Role:

— Provision of support in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements with primary responsibility for Incident Management on a 24×7 basis;
— Develop an in depth understanding of CBI’s technical support operation and design structures, processes and metrics for its effective delivery and introduction of and compliance with ITIL processes;
— Personnel management and organisation of the various support sub-groups to ensure a quality service is a core aspect of the role;

Skills / Expertise Required:
