Essential Skills and Experience Required:

1. 2+ years full time Web Design
2. Website Design/Graphic Design – Exceptional creative flair and a keen eye for detail are essential, with proven delivery within the design field.
3. Naturally, you must be proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc
4. Usability – A understanding of web accessibility and web usability practices to ensure templates when converted to HTML work well as a website and are easy to navigate and use
5. An eye on the future – An understanding of how websites are evolving and the possibilities using the latest languages such as JQuery, AJAX, XML, JSON, JSP, etc.
6. Project Management – experience managing multiple projects efficiently – including scheduling projects, setting tasks and goals, costs and time management
7. Appreciation of SEO / Social Media
8. Experience in CMS’s a bonus – wordpress, joomula, drupal, modx, etc#
