Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with a love of web development.
- Flexibility to adapt and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to provide accurate timing estimates on work and deliver quick turnaround completion times.
- Contribute to pitch, technical specification and help documents.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Skills Needed:
- Fluent in English. Other languages a bonus.
- Knowledge and experience of commonly used web development languages such as PHP,ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript / jQuery and MySQL, MSSQL.
- Knowledge and experience of open source CMS such as WordPress, Joomla and Drupal.
- Basic knowledge of SEO concepts and techniques.
- Basic knowledge of Web analytics and reporting.
- A good understanding of UI/UX.
- Good knowledge of web standards.
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility development and testing
Responsibilities:
- New web and mobile development using open source CMS and web based tools
- Maintaining & updating existing sites for SMEs
- Testing websites & identifying technical issues
- Support current customer base
Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in web design and development.
- Third level qualification or equivalent experience with an emphasis on web design, web development or digital marketing
