Full-Time Stag/Hen Party Sales Executives –
Job Description
We are one Ireland’s fastest growing online companies and as part of our expansion plans, we are looking to hire a well-mannered Sales Executive to join our company. We are looking for someone who has a good telephone manner, who is motivated and persuasive in calling hot leads all day.
Day to Day Duties:
Follow up on hot leads
Track all booking information in detail
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
Review sales performance
Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries in a polite manner
Work alongside with our Booking Team to ensure the event is delivered as per the booking requirements
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
Develop the strategy used in marketing such as Social Media, Web Analytics, Email Marketing, etc.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience in B2C is preferred
Experience in digital marketing is preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good customer service and communication skills
Must be keen to detail and goal-oriented
Must be a problem solver to be able to deal any customer complaints
Must be able to work under pressure and efficiently within time constraints
