As the Lead .Net Developer (C#, MVC, TDD) you will have a real creative passion for technology and a knack for problem solving.
You will possess a demonstrable track record of engineering achievement. You will be able to design, write and deliver code that not only meets the requirements but delivers on code quality and follows recognised design patterns where applicable. While maintaining system scalability and performance.
Contribute to coding standards used throughout the technology team and be able to mentor and promote development best practices to other team members.
Working within an agile scrum team you will be responsible for defining and grooming backlog items and be an active participant in the scrum meetings. Highly analytical, creative, and innovative in solving problems. Keep up to date with the latest developments and architect and lead delivery of solutions.
Technical:-
C#, MVC, ASP.NET, SOA (understand use of and code against), IOC (demonstrable use of a DI container), SQL, Wcf, Design Patterns
Desirable:-
TDD, BDD, Nuget, IIS, Load balanced environments, REST, 3rd Party Integrations, HTML5, JQuery.
