VAM Systems is currently looking for IT Support Engineers for our Bahrain operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Experience/Knowledge

Installing and configuring computer hardware (Servers, Desktops, laptops etc), operating systems and applications;
- Administration support for Microsoft Windows Servers
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
- Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues;
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports; · Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system; · Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues; · Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
- Working continuously on a task until completion.
- Fixing equipment, including printers, scanners, Wi-Fi Devices (known as peripherals) · Updates, patches and service packs
- Follow up with the local vendors to resolve equipment failures, ensure the delivery and support levels
Experience required : 4+ years
Terms and conditions:
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).
The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the leading organizations in Bahrain.
