Full-Time Information Security Consultant
Job Description
Key Areas / Responsibilities
This is a technical role with Integrity solutions where you will be working within a team of security consultants who are providing security solutions to Integrity Solutions customers. You will be primarily responsible for providing implementation of security solutions to customers and will also deliver level 3 technical security support on various client systems such as firewalls, load balancing and authentication systems. You will be required to provide detailed and accurate guidance on issue resolution to the security support team. You will need to effectively interact with other members of the team to provide solutions to technical issues and mentor other staff members.
You should be flexible to work extra hours when the business demands
You will be required to work as part of a team rota that provide 24 x 7 on-call support
You would be expected to obtain various certifications for the benefit of the business and for self-development.
Qualities
You should have experience demonstrating the following qualities:
Demonstrate a dynamic interest in solving technical issues. Show capacity to break down problems into constituent parts. Has the capacity to multitask on several technical issues simultaneously.
Has a very good understanding of customer issues and is able to empathize with customers as to their requirements.
Has many years working on technical environments and has worked on large network and security projects. Able to work as part of a team and has the capacity of taking on escalated issues from other team members.
Experience
Proven experience in working on issues in many of the following areas:
Conceptual knowledge in Networks and Network Security
Firewalls – Checkpoint, Juniper NetScreen, Cisco ASA, Fortinet
IDS/IPS – McAfee, TippingPoint, Juniper IDP
Load balancers – F5 LTM, GTM, ASM, Citrix Netscaler,
Content filtering – Websense, Bluecoat IronPort
Multifactor Authentication – RSA
Some shell scripting or Development Experience
IPSEC/SSL VPN, Citrix Access Gateway
TCP/IP, Routing, L2/L3 Switching
Any network infrastructure experience would be advantageous

Aptitude for solving problems and acting on own initiative
Excellent leadership skills
Highly motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies
Effective communicator with a positive and confident attitude both written and verbally
Good written skills with capability to create well formatted reports
Fluent English speaker.

Can demonstrate consistency in their work attitude
