Full-Time Implementation Consultant
Job Description
We’re looking to grow our team as we expand our product set and customer base. With the growth of our customer base and an increasing need to provide professional services, we now need a Process & Implementation Consultant.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate business and technical workshops with key stakeholders to develop requirements
- Work with business and technical teams to analyse and document customer requirements
- Implement standard functional configuration and initial data population of software instances
- Work with technical teams to support the development of technical requirements
- Work closely with project management and quality assurance teams in the overall delivery of solutions
- Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing
- Support change requirements through accurate impact analysis and change specifications
- Contribute effectively to business process improvement initiatives
Person Requirements
Essential
- 4 years experience in a similar role
- A self-starter, highly driven and willingness to make decisions as appropriate.
- Experience of working in teams (including distributed/virtual teams)
- Proven experience in analytical, research and problem-solving techniques
- Ability to clearly and concisely gather, interpret, analyse and communicate complex business requirements
- Experience of modern software development technologies and methodologies
- Database analysis skills (MySQL and Oracle)
Desirable
- Experience of working in an agile development environment
- Experience of using JIRA and other Atlassian tools
- Experience of working in/with the Higher Education sector
Terms and Conditions
Location: Cork, some travel in Ireland, UK, Malaysia and elsewhere as required
Salary: €35,000 – €45,000 pa commensurate with experience
