Job Description
Blacknight is a 100% Irish owned and based in Ireland, ICANN accredited domain registrar and hosting company.

We are currently hiring for a number of sales roles with languages.
The ideal candidate would be either functionally bilingual or have a language other than English as their first language.
The ideal candidate would be actively interested in the internet industry and have a good understanding of how domains and hosting work.
Languages we are interested in:
- French
- Spanish
- Italian
- Catalan
- German
- Polish
- Serbian / Croatian
Responsibilities
The role would have the following responsibilities:
Deal with customer queries via phone, email, social networks and instant messaging like platform.
Act on requests from other departments within the company.
Assist customers with queries usually in relation to hosting and domain registrations.
Ability to work as part of a sales team and independently.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
PC literate; Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, E-mail etc.
While no experience or education in the IT or Computers area is required, an interest or proficiency in general computer use would be essential.
Applicant must be interested and eager to learn more about the Hosting / domain industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player
Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience with dealing with the general public in a previous job role would be ideal.
Sales or customer service experience advantageous
All roles are based in our headquarters in Carlow, Ireland
