Full-Time Equipment Maintenance Technician (EMT)
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic entry level desktop support technician who is interested in working onsite with one of the world’s largest search engine firm in the world.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support a complex and fast paced desktop environment; providing technical services for all desktop hardware.
- eg. workstations, notebooks, lcds, peripherals, phones, video conference rooms, and printers.
- Provide full life cycle asset management services for all desktop hardware and accessories.
- Procurement, repair, and recycling services).
- Report to the Team Lead periodically on team and individual work accomplishments, problems, progress in mastering tasks and work processes, and individual training needs.
- Maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information and coordinate the preparation, presentation, and communication of work-related information to the Team Lead.
- Ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy the project requirements and schedule.

Experience:
- 2-6 Years desktop support experience preferred.
- Efficient administrative skills and past business operations experience desired.
