Our client are in the process of expanding their marketing function and are now seeking a ‘growth hacker’ who is fluent in Marketing Automation and CRM technologies to join their Dublin team. You should be passionate about lead generation, marketing metrics and analytics. The company offers excellent opportunities for personal development working as part of a demand centre team and alongside product marketing specialists.
The company is a leading technology multinational with all their business done outside of Ireland which is supported by a marketing team based in Ireland and US.
Job duties
- Lead management, including marketing qualification of leads before hand-off to sales
- Lead nurturing programs that leverage lists, behaviours and content to increase sales ready leads.
- Marketing effectiveness reporting on behalf of demand centre (lead pipeline, marketing influence, click throughs, downloads and campaigns)
- Use of marketing automation to create tactical campaign follow ups that drive improved effectiveness.
- Leveraging A/B testing and analytics to improve lead acquisition and conversion funnels.
- Improvement of end to end lead management process that drives improved lead quality and automation.
Contribution to and maintenance of marketing processes and databases for the above areas.

Candidate Profile
- Marketing or business degree
- 3+ years marketing experience, with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience with primary responsibility for execution of marketing automation, supporting Email Marketing and Lead Generation programs (preferably B2B)
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platform such as Eloqua, in applying segmentation, a/b testing, and personalization strategies
- Experience with a CRM platform such as Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics to manage contact and lead databases and report on campaign execution and effectiveness.
- Mindset of data driven, creativity, and curiosity
- Good technical aptitude to work in high tech B2B markets
- Excellent communication skills to work with distributed sales team and in international markets
- A clear campaign results focus
- Excellent MS Office skills (in particular Excel data manipulation)
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
Salary: eu38-40k plus bonus, pension, health insurance
