Customer service role for Danish speakers with an interest in IT

Athens, Greece

Our client is one of the world’s leading providers in excellent customer service and technical support to companies worldwide from its Southern Europe and Middle East headquarters in sunny Greece. It is a multi-lingual, multi-cultural workplace just outside Athens.

                                                     

Job and Responsibilities

Technical support role in centre outside Athens:

  • · Primary point of contact for customers with technical issues
  • · Handling customer queries and complaints over the phone through Danish
  • · Identifying customers problems and complaints
  • · Endeavouring to solve any problems presented to you
  • · Following company protocol
  • · Escalating problems to 2nd level where necessary

 

Requirements

  • · Fluent Danish
  • · Fluent English
  • · Interest in technology/I.T.
  • · Excellent communication skills
  • · Customer Service experience is a bonus
  • · Technical Support experience is a bonus
  • · Willing to relocate to Athens, Greece
