We are currently recruiting a full time Accounts Assistant on a 1 year contract to start from 2nd January 2014.

Details of the role are as follows;
The Role:
- Answering customer queries by phone, email and ticketing system
- General accounts receivable duties including taking credit card payments over the phone
- Accounts payable duties including processing invoices onto accounting system
- Payroll review and processing staff expenses
- Assisting with VAT returns
- Credit card and bank reconciliations
- Providing administrative support to management
- Ad hoc duties as required
The Candidate:
- Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable or finance role
- Excellent communications and team-working skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 3rd level qualification in Accounting/Business or equivalent is preferable but not essential
- Ability to work on own initiative
