Customer Services Supervisor / Customer Service Team Leader (Maternity Cover)
Ennis, Co Clare
€35,000 - €40,000 DOE (Including €10,000 Contract Completion Bonus) Plus VHI, Pension, Death in Service Cover

Our client is the world's leading manufacturer of high performance cables. They manufacture a huge variety of cables used to connect audio and video components for home, car and professional use as well as computers and computer games. An opportunity has now arisen for a Customer Services Supervisor / Customer Service Team Leader to join their team on a contract basis.

This is the ideal role for a dynamic customer services professional, looking to further their career with a leading company.

As a Customer Services Supervisor / Customer Service Team Leader your focus will be on supervising a team of account managers.

In this key role, you will be responsible for dealing with customers, order processing, customer service requests, returns processing and warranty claims. Additionally, you will liaise with dealers, sales reps, distributors and consumers.

Your other duties will include:

- Generating weekly and monthly sales reports
- Conducting internal audits
- Liaising with the warehouse department
- Processing internal and external orders

To be considered for this position, you must have significant customer service experience. You must also have experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager.

Additionally, as a Customer Services Supervisor / Customer Service Team Leader you should have a proactive approach with the ability to creatively solve problems.

Whilst not essential, being fluent in more than one language in addition to English (ideally French or German) would be an advantage but is by no means essential. Knowledge of, or background in, the consumer electronics industry would also be beneficial.
