Marketing Client Services Manager/Account Director, Digital Marketing
Killaloe, Co Tipperary
c€50,000 Plus Performance-Related Bonus

As Ireland’s leading full service digital marketing agency, our client helps businesses determine their digital marketing strategy. They then deliver on that strategy with an integrated mix of digital marketing and design services. An opportunity has now arisen for a Marketing Client Services Manager / Account Director to join their team.

This role would suit a marketing professional with excellent people management skills and the ability to develop and nurture strong business relationships.

As a Marketing Client Services Manager / Account Director, you will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing for the company’s clients.

Applying your excellent people management skills to the management and development of the account management team, you’ll manage account growth and profitability whilst nurturing client relationships.

You will be tasked with:

- Delivering online sales results
- Developing close relationships with clients
- Effectively managing and developing the account manage team
- Achieving up-sell, production and profitability targets
- Further developing systems and processes for effective account management

To be considered for the role of Marketing Client Services Manager / Account Director, you must have:

- Extensive experience in account management, project management, client services (or similar) gained within the marketing sector
- Digital marketing experience
- Management experience
- Excellent project management skills
- The ability to nurture and grow client relationships

Additionally, you must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver excellent marketing solutions.

Although not essential, experience of planning and managing the design and build of websites would be a distinct advantage to your application, as would SEO, PPC, affiliate, display and social and email marketing experience. Google analytics or eCommerce experience would also be beneficial.
