Senior IT Software Sales Executive – Enterprise Software Solutions (Oracle, IBM, SAP)

Our client delivers solutions that allow IT departments and IT service providers to quickly gather accurate intelligence about the assets under their control. Organisations such as Barclays, BT and PWC employ their technology to audit their IT real estate and discover new IT cost savings, efficiencies and compliance risks. An opportunity has now arisen for two Senior IT Software Sales Executives to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for an IT sales professional to become a key player in a fast growing Irish software company with responsibility for revenue in a significant international territory.

As a Senior IT Software Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing existing customers and prospect for new customers, both directly and through channel partners across Europe.

In this role, you will undertake lead creation, channel management and database management, whilst interacting with resellers, customers and partners in remote sales territories. As such, travel to your territory to attend marketing events and partner and customer meetings will be required.

To be considered for the role of Senior IT Software Sales Executive, you must have:

- Significant IT sales experience, including experience of selling enterprise software solutions to tier-1 organisations
- Phone-based sales experience

Additionally, you must possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.

Our client also has a strong preference for candidates with experience of selling Oracle, IBM or SAP solutions.

Although not essential, German or Dutch language skills or experience of selling to Benelux or German markets would be a distinct advantage to your application. A degree (or equivalent) would also be beneficial, as would experience of working with or in a channel reseller.
