CRM Marketing Executive – Online Marketing/eCommerce, HTML

Our client is Ireland's largest independent bookmakers and online betting company that offers a state of the art online sports betting, poker, casino and bingo gaming experience. An opportunity has now arisen for a CRM Marketing Executive to join their team.

For this role, our client is looking for an online marketing professional with an understanding of web technologies to contribute to the future success of their eGaming business.

As a CRM Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising a CRM campaign for the activation, retention and reactivation of eGaming users.

You will cross-sell and up-sell all online products to existing databases whilst co-ordinating the email sending process. This will involve liaising with product teams, briefing data, copy and graphics and testing emails.

In addition to consistently reviewing and optimising the player lifecycle process, you will test and implement new initiatives and understand the holistic view of the CRM strategy.

You will be tasked with:

- Increasing player value and retention sales through analysing and segmenting the customer base
- Identifying key opportunities to enhance the player experience
- Collating gaming and player statistics
- Reporting on and analysing market performance

To be considered for the role of CRM Marketing Executive, you must have:

- Either commercial online marketing or eCommerce experience or a degree (or equivalent) in an online marketing/eCommerce related discipline
- An understanding of web technologies, including HTML
- Experience of using email marketing tools and systems

Additionally, you must possess excellent communication skills and a motivated approach to succeed in a competitive and demanding environment.

The ideal candidate will possess both an Online Marketing/eCommerce degree (or equivalent) and Online Marketing/eCommerce experience gained within a commercial environment. An interest in the online gaming industry would also be beneficial.
