Mechanical Building Services Estimator
Donegal, Co Donegal (Field based, covering Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK)
€20,000 - €30,000 Neg DOE

Our client is a complete heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), piping and renewables contractor serving a multitude of commercial, industrial and institutional clients. Offering many solutions for large scale mechanical challenges, they have continued a consistent pattern of strong, controlled growth. An opportunity has now arisen for a Mechanical Building Services Estimator to join their team.

For this role, our client is looking for someone with a mechanical building services background and experience of scaling pipework & ventilation from drawings, looking to develop their career with a leading company.

As a Mechanical Building Services Estimator, you will be responsible for working on mechanical building services projects, across Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK.

You will be tasked with the complete estimation process, from receiving tender packages to drawing equipment check lists, inputting information onto spreadsheets and using AutoCAD, Autodesk and Buzzsaw formats to review drawings.

To be considered for the role of Mechanical Building Services Estimator, you must have:

- Experience gained within the mechanical building services industry
- Experience of scaling pipe work and ventilation from drawings
