Quote365 are planning a soft launch of the B2B site in September 2010 followed closely by the launch of a B2C site, a UK roll-out and up to 70 micro/landing page websites. We are currently seeking a skilled IT graduate to join our web development team.
Essential competencies required for the successful candidate:
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven aptitude for Programming, System Analysis and Design
• Ability to prioritise own workload and work to exacting deadlines
• Flexible and adaptable in their approach to customer/business needs
• Must have the ability to conform with development/web standards
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Enthusiastic and structured approach to development
• Good problem solving abilities
• Desire to learn about new products and keep abreast of new product developments
Required education & experience:
• Minimum of 2.1 BSc in Computer Science related (Hons) Degree
• Experience with some or all of the following:
Adobe Coldfusion, MSSQL, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, XML, CSS, Web Services, Actionscript, Adobe Photoshop, PHP, ASP, MySQL.
This hands-on role will require the successful candidate to work both on his/her own initiative and in parallel with the project manager through all phases of the web development lifecycle.
