Our client partners with Fortune 500 companies to provide innovative custom blended e-learning solutions. Their services include rapid e-learning, classroom and distance learning to meet their clients’ unique requirements. An opportunity has now arisen for a lead E-Learning Designer / Graphic Designer to join their team.

This is the ideal role for a talented and creative graphic designer with strong Adobe Creative Suite skills and a background in e-learning, looking to develop their career with an established and successful company.

As a lead E-Learning Designer / Graphic Designer your focus will be on creating engaging multimedia solutions for web, print, video and 3D applications and directing the associated team to implement the teams vision.

In this key role, you will be tasked with all aspects of the design process, from liaising with course writers, generating ideas and developing an initial concept, through to storyboards and directing a team that will develop the final product. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the final graphics are up to standard and meet the contract’s specifications.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

- Proven experience of e-learning
- Good Adobe Design Suite skills, including experience of using Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator and Fireworks
- A strong understanding of XML

As an E-Learning Designer / Graphic Designer you must have excellent layout skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. With your creative approach to problem solving, you must have the ability to produce very strong, creative graphic solutions across a range of media. You must be able to mentor and direct a team working to your idea and to meet your expectations.
