Our client provides proven, high quality medical supplies, including medical equipment and medical consumables. They supply hospitals, pharmacies, primary care, emergency services and community care throughout Ireland and the UK. An opportunity has now arisen for a Customer Services Advisor / Customer Service Representative to join their team.
This is the ideal role for a customer service professional, looking to progress their career within an innovative and creative company.
As a Customer Services Advisor / Customer Service Representative you will be responsible providing support to both sales staff and customers.
In this varied role, your tasks will include preparing customer quotes, dealing with queries and advising customers on products. Proactively managing all incoming customer queries, you will be primarily dealing with pharmacies and hospitals.
Your other duties will include:
- Receiving and processing customer orders
- Providing customers with information on products and services, cross selling where appropriate
- Supporting and collaborating with the sales team to develop and grow customer accounts
- Providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries
To be considered for this position, you must have significant customer services experience coupled with a proven ability to deal with high volumes of phone calls.
As a Customer Services Advisor / Customer Service Representative you must have an excellent telephone manner combined with strong organisational and administrative skills. Good problem-solving skills are also key.
