Field Sales Executive / Sales Account Manager – Freight Industry
Cork, Co Cork
€30,000 - €35,000 (OTE c€50,000 Uncapped) Plus Car Allowance, VHI, Mobile, Laptop

Our client is a successful NASDAQ-listed global supply chain and logistics solutions business. Publicly owned, they provide logistics solutions that touch on all aspects of the supply chain. An opportunity has now arisen for a Field Sales Executive / Sales Account Manager to join their team.

This role would suit an enthusiastic and driven individual with sales and account management experience looking to develop their career and earning potential within a fast paced environment.

As a Field Sales Executive / Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for further developing and expanding the company’s customer base. This will include ensuring all accounts receive a consistent, correct and effective service.

You will also be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities and developing all existing and new business within the branch remit.

Your duties will include:

- Territory management and identifying new business opportunities
- Developing an in-depth product knowledge of the company’s services
- Assisting in the management of the branch account management, retention programme and customer retention system
- Implementing and developing reports to meet all customer requirements
- Developing standard operating procedures

To be considered for the role of Field Sales Executive / Sales Account Manager, you must have significant sales and account management experience.

Additionally, you must possess excellent communication and organisational skills with the drive and enthusiasm to develop new business and exceed targets.

Although not essential, knowledge of the freight industry would be a distinct advantage to your application.
