Plumbing and Heating Building Services Contract/Project Manager
Field Based (covering sites across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and UK)
Up to £35,000 neg DOE Plus Negotiable Benefits Package

Our client is a complete heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), piping and renewables contractor serving a multitude of commercial, industrial and institutional clients. Offering many solutions for large scale mechanical challenges, they have continued a consistent pattern of strong, controlled growth. An opportunity has now arisen for a Plumbing and Heating Building Services Contract/Project Manager to join their team.

As a Plumbing and Heating Building Services Contract/Project Manager you will be responsible for managing and scheduling our client’s projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.

In this key role, you will be tasked with determining labour requirements and inspecting and reviewing projects, ensuring that all compliance and safety codes are met. Your other duties will include:

- Determining appropriate construction installation methods for projects
- Planning, organising, and directing systems installation
- Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are maintained on site
- Requisitioning supplies and materials to complete construction projects

To be considered for this position, you must have extensive experience of on-site building services project management, including experience with plumbing and heating. You will also require a qualification relating to mechanical building services engineering, such as a degree or equivalent.

As a Plumbing and Heating Building Services Contract/Project Manager you must have excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach. Strong communication skills are also key.
