Business Development Director / Sales Manager – Web Design/Internet

Our client is a well established web design agency, offering a full range of web development services for companies and organisations of all sizes in all sectors. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has now arisen for a Business Development Director / Sales Manager to join their team.

This is the ideal role for a hardworking and results driven individual with web design experience looking to develop a career in sales with a creative and dynamic company.

As a Business Development Director / Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the business. This will include:

- Strategically developing the new business unit
- Providing new business development across all sectors
- Managing existing leads
- Developing online strategies with clients
- Recommending changes in work practices and processes
- Managing multi-disciplined and multi-located teams

To be considered for the role of Business Development Director / Sales Manager, you must have significant experience in the web design, web development and internet industries.

Additionally, you must be an excellent verbal and written communicator with strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop and nurture relationships.

Although not essential, proven sales experience within the web design, web development or internet industries would be a distinct advantage to your application.
