Quantity Surveyor – Measured Term Contracts (MTC)

An opportunity has now arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a contract basis.

This is the ideal role for a talented and motivated Quantity Surveyor with experience of contracting, looking to gain experience within an innovative and successful company.

As the Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and minor building works for our client. You will be tasked with ensuring projects are monitored and accurately valued.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

- Significant experience as a Quantity Surveyor, gained within a commercial environment
- Proven experience of contracting
- Exposure to measured term contracts (MTCs)

Additionally, you must have an organised approach and excellent communication skills.
