As an Internal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the internal sales operation and selling our client’s solutions and products
Implementing best sales practices, you will coach, train and motivate your team, ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. You will also be tasked with working with our client’s leading partners to equip and enable resellers to offer their solutions to the market place.
Your duties will include:
- Building and maintaining a constant revenue pipeline
- Ensuring business continuity by resolving issues that impact the business
- Developing relationships within the IT channel
- Keeping your knowledge of the IT security market up to date
To be considered for the role of Internal Sales Manager, you must have sales management experience and be fluent in both German and English.
Additionally, you must have excellent problem solving and decision making abilities and be able to effectively lead and motivate others. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also key.
While a background in software sales, ideally selling security software, would be an advantage to your application, it is not essential.
