Responsible for the management of MS SQL Server environment, taking ownership of a large database environment and providing support to operations and systems.
Experience required:
MCDBA certified
Computer Science degree or relevant experience
Min. 4 years experience in a DBA role
Database design and implementation experience
T-SQL experience
Developing Stored Procedures
Data analysis
SQL Backup and Recovery
Strong Storage and SAN experience
Clustering and Mirroring
Data Transformation Services
Previous background in a real time 24x7 environment is highly desirable
