Duties:
Manage inbound customer queries, via phone and email
Resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
Assist customers though the integration process, allowing them to bring there product or service to the market.
Candidate requirements:
A general knowledge of internet technologies and the payments industry is required
Previous hands on experience some in the following:
Programming languages: Perl, ASP/VB, PHP and Java
Web Servers: IIS, Apache, others
Operating Systems: Windows NT/2000, Linux, etc
