Profile: Directski.com seeks an experienced Web Designer to join our team to work on an exciting Web Usability project. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development of our award winning website. You will have excellent knowledge of the tools of your trade matched with an enthusiasm and flair for successful online design.
Reports to: Sales & Marketing Director
Location: Dublin 15
Experience: A minimum of 2 years design experience with skills that include:
- Strong creative skills matched with a desire to produce outstanding design as demonstrated through a varied portfolio
- An understanding of the latest internet trends and their role in a commercial online environment
- Proven competence in Flash and other design and image processing software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Web Accessibility & User Interface Design
- Standards-based HTML & CSS
- SEO best practice desirable
- JavaScript (jQuery)
This is a short term contract.
State date: 01 April 2010
End date: 31 May 2010
Salary: Equivelent to €40k p.a. (negotiable depending on experience)
