Senior Shareholder Services Administrator is urgently required to join a busy Investors Relations Department. Key responsibilities will include reviewing the work of the investor relations administration team, processing subscriptions, redemptions and transfers over the month end period, meeting expectations of fund participants, adhering to deadlines, updating of NAV, processing capital transactions and maintaining share registers. Duties will also include maintenance, filing and scanning of Anti-Money Laundering records and anti-money laundering compliance reviews and assisting auditors and other fund participants and advisors.

To secure this fantastic opportunity within this major player in financial services, you will be degree educated, have a minimum of 3 years experience in a shareholder services environment with a strong aptitude for numbers, accuracy. You will also be client focused and have excellent communication and written skills.
