Experienced Business Analyst/ Program Manager is sought for an innovative online company. Working within product development and prototyping this role focuses on defining the strategy and future features to the production platform and how customers interface with the portal. Primary responsibilities will be working with stakeholders to translate product vision and strategy into functional designs for delivery by IT, translating feature requirements into documented functional specifications in a clear, concise and detailed manner using use case documents, perform detailed system and process analysis for new features and usability options, liaise with QA team to ensure test plans adequately captures feature requirement specifications. You will have 5+ years in a business analyst or consulting role with a technical degree and more than 1 year’s software development experience and four in business analysis working on functional specification authoring. You will have worked on numerous backend applications across several domains with UI design/prototyping – the ability to lead by coordinating the requirements, specifications, and prototyping efforts and be able to demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, interviewing, and fact-finding skills. You will have a high level understanding of how systems integrate with each other and data flow between them – more than just client server. Excellent communication and documentation skills (Use Cases) are essential to this role as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and in-depth understanding and experience of the software development process and the overall project life cycle This is an exciting opportunity to join a big company that can offer career progression to programme management or product management depending on skill set.
