Business Process Analyst – Dublin - Salary Neg

We are urgently seeking a Business Process Analyst for a Global financial services firm based here in Dublin.
Key responsibilities will include working with the business and functional teams to agree and develop on key business metrics and operating models and to support the on-going performance of the business units. Woking closely with the IT function, analyse existing business processes and systems to support business operating models, act as a key liaison between the business function and manage this relationship, support change requirements through analysis and change specifications and develop and review specifications as appropriate. Lead and mentor the business to maximise effectiveness and efficiencies in the business operating models. Advise on approaches to continuously improve and ensure all agreed models are compliant from a regulatory and internal controls measure and provide support to functional managers to drive initiatives and testing and implementation of solutions and change.
You must be a self-starter with strong experience within a similar Business and Systems analysis environment, including experience across the entire systems development lifecycle, including knowledge of policy administration and life insurance lifecycle operations. You will have the ability to clearly and concisely gather, interpret and analyse document information and have a proven track record in managing tight deadline, coordinating multiple active and managing and escalation risks and issues. Excellent communications skills with an effective clear and concise approach to the task in hand are essential for the success of this position. A minimum of 3 years experience within the life insurance sector is prerequisite for this role.
