An experienced Business Analyst is urgently required for financial services company based in Dublin. The successful B/A will contribute to the development of the business and the gatherer of business requirements and the translator of those requirements into technical language. You will be the conduit between the business units and the IT team for testing and development, you will have a proven track record in business/system analysis within the Life industry, design the Test Plans relevant to each project, work closely with the Project Manager and ensure that current process flows are fully documented. A high level of technology experience in the areas of application programming, database and system design and system interfaces is essential together with excellent organisation and problem solving skills. A Minimum of 4 years hands on experience is essential, Life Insurance experience is beneficial. Some European travel is required.
