This role requires absolute fluency in German and English.
To get this job you will have the following skills and experience;
• 2-3 years high volume customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Experience writing customer service correspondence.
• Excellent email skills including answering emails for Customer Service area
• Must be fluent in German with excellent written and oral English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• General Internet Experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer Service/ Call centre experience essential
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Strong Team Player
• We are looking for enthusiastic, customer focused and Greek fluent representatives.
On successful hire you will;
• Represent the company by being the first point of contact with their customers
• Guarantee an unparalleled Customer Service experience
• Work well as part of a team in a collaborative environment
• Meet targets and deadlines
• Show excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours.
