Looking for a youtube marketer - downloader/uploader

I am not sure if this is the right subforum but if nt please move it out and let me know
I am looking for someone to find videos in a specific niche, download them, watermark and upload them to you tube with that niche's popular keywords, no more than 2 videos per account ID, per ip address.
Need quite a few videos done, will pay 2.5 cents to 5 cents per video.
if you can do it please show me examples of previous work and confirm that you have different account ids.
