New Year, New Challenge, New Start-up

We (ADECSYS) worked with a start-up during the course of the past year and have helped them to establish a working prototype that served some early clients in 2011, and it's now time to grow the team.
We're inviting interest from a talented, experienced and motivated Software Engineer who is at one with building modern, globally-scalable web applications. The role is by nature senior, but hands-on, and will suit someone looking to demonstrate their professional know-how by taking control of the design, delivery and future development of the software underpinning this venture.
Our preference is with the PHP platform and naturally, HTML5, CSS and Javascript are a must, but rather than listing tools and technologies required, tell me what we need.
